Frequently asked questions

I would like to pay for the booking fee. Is that possible?

Yes! In Settings → Pricing you can set your booking fee to "Artist pays." The fee is then deducted from your deposit before it reaches your bank. We also offer a "Split" option so you and your client each pay half of the fee.

How does the percentage-of-deposit fee work?

We charge 10% on each deposit—that’s it, no monthly fee. You choose who pays that 10% in Settings → Pricing. "Artist pays" means the fee is deducted from your payout (e.g. €50 deposit → you receive €45). "Client pays" means we add 10% to the client’s charge (e.g. they pay €55, you receive €50). "Split" means you and the client each pay half of the fee (client pays €52.50, you receive €47.50).

How quickly do I get paid?

Payouts are handled by Stripe. For US and Canada, funds typically arrive in 1–2 business days, with optional instant payouts for a small fee. For other regions, payouts usually land in 1–2 business days and sometimes 2–3. We rely on Stripe’s schedule and are not in control of exact timing.
